- When our drivers accept your booking, they allocate time, plan ahead of time, and block off their days to accomplish your booking.
- It is a courtesy to our drivers that you cancel as soon as possible so they may find other work.
- You may cancel the booking without charges up until the driver arrives at the pickup location of your booking. Note that this rule may not apply to some vehicles types.
- If you cancel the booking upon or after the driver arrives at the pick-up location, you are responsible for paying a Last Minute Cancel Fee as shown below.
